Where Omega-3 comes from? It is believed that the original recipe comes from Norway, where the tough weather conditions -especially in the north part of the country which is inside the Article circle-, make people keep in good shape and find different alternatives to resist the extreme low temperatures. In Norway, the world’s largest exporter of fish, people eventually realised that those who consumed fatty fish oils on a regular basis hardly got sick, and in particular those who had cod liver were stronger and healthier. As time passed by, the process of extracting the fatty fish oils from cod liver has considerably evolved and so the scientists' attention on its benefits. Nowadays, there are many products made of Omega-3, from capsules to rich Omega-3 foods, which help people get the right level of fish oil consumption.
